The Community Right to Challenge came into force on 27 June 2012.
This gives certain organisations and groups of people the right to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) in running council services.
Where an EOI is accepted by the council, we will run a procurement process, this means we will invite interested bodies to bid for the contract to run the service.
Expressions of Interest for services already delivered by a third party can be made during the periods set out in the contracts register. You can view the Localism Contracts Register from the link on our procurement page.
To make a formal expression, If you wish to complete the form then please refer to the Community Right to Challenge Statutory Guidance for further information. Also take a look at Tamworth's own guidance.
Contact us at [email protected] to make a formal expression, and we will send you the appropriate paperwork.
